Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Exchange
If you found the item defects but it is over the return expires, you can contact us and apply for exchange. The returning item must be in the original packaging. We will arrange the assigned item shipped as soon as we received the returning item.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require your purchase information with order No. Please advise us directly in the message.

One year free maintenance is guaranteed. The shipping fee will be responsible for each side.
If one year has gone by since you purchased, you can also enjoy the permanent maintenance service by pay for the material costs. Double side shipping fees will be taken by your side.
